Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 23, 2026 · Version: 3.0
Plain-Language Overview
This overview is provided for convenience and does not replace the complete policy below. A voice memo stays in the memory of your open browser page until you choose to send it. If you send it, DANNY5050 receives the recording, your alias and email address, your agreement record, and limited technical information needed to validate, secure, and operate the service. Voice memos are private when received. DANNY5050 does not sell them, create voiceprints, clone voices, or use them to train artificial-intelligence models.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how DANNY5050 ("DANNY5050," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through danny5050.com, including the public website and its private voice-memo submission service. It does not govern YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, or other third-party services linked from the website. Those services apply their own privacy terms.
The voice-memo service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. At the Effective Date, the website does not accept support payments, operate a mailing list, use behavioral advertising, or intentionally collect payment-card information.
2. Before You Send a Voice Memo
Microphone access is requested only after you deliberately activate the recorder. Before you press send voice note, the recording remains in the memory of your open browser page and is not intentionally uploaded to DANNY5050. It may be lost if you refresh or close the page, the browser or device ends the page, or the device runs out of available memory.
3. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you submit a voice memo, we collect:
- the audio recording;
- the alias and email address you provide;
- your confirmation that you are at least 18 and agree to the Voice Memo Submission Agreement;
- the version of the agreement and policy presented when you submit; and
- any information contained in the recording itself.
Your alias is a private inbox label. It is not a public account, proof of identity, or public credit. Your required email address is not displayed publicly.
Technical and Operational Information
We process recording duration, media type, file size, cryptographic checksums, submission and processing times, validation results, retry and duplicate-prevention identifiers, capacity state, and records of consent, owner review, retention, deletion, backup, restoration, and security events.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and may process network information such as an IP address, user agent, request time, routing information, and Cloudflare request identifier. The DANNY5050 intake system is designed not to store a raw IP address or user agent in the durable voice-memo record. Before admission, limited trusted connection information is converted into a keyed, non-reversible security fingerprint used for rate limiting, duplicate prevention, and abuse response.
Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not ask for a legal name, postal address, account password, payment-card number, government identifier, or sensitive medical or financial information. Please do not include that information in a recording.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- receive, validate, normalize, securely store, organize, listen to, and review voice memos;
- decide whether and how a memo may be used in authorized DANNY5050 creative work;
- maintain consent, rights, publication, deletion, and owner-review records;
- enforce duration, rate, storage, inbox, and abuse-prevention limits;
- detect duplicate, corrupt, prohibited, or technically harmful submissions;
- operate backups, restoration, monitoring, incident response, and service recovery;
- respond to privacy, deletion, rights, safety, or legal requests; and
- comply with applicable law and protect people, rights, and the service.
5. Voice, Biometric, and AI Practices
We store and listen to submitted audio for the purposes stated in this policy and the Voice Memo Submission Agreement. We do not create a voiceprint, use voice or facial recognition to identify a person, clone a voice, create a digital replica, or use a memo to train an artificial-intelligence model. We do not sell a memo as a standalone product or license it for an unrelated third party's advertising. Any materially different use would require a separate, express agreement.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:
- to Cloudflare for website delivery, security, private object storage, and database services;
- to an isolated media-processing provider that validates and normalizes submitted audio;
- to Backblaze or another approved off-provider recovery service for encrypted backups;
- to professional advisers subject to appropriate confidentiality duties;
- in a finished DANNY5050 creative work as authorized by the Voice Memo Submission Agreement; or
- when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect safety, rights, or the integrity of the service.
Service providers may process information only for their assigned operational role. A private operational-alert address may receive service-health information but does not receive memo audio or routine submitter information. We do not sell submitted audio, aliases, or email addresses.
7. When a Memo May Become Public
A memo is private when received. It may become public only if DANNY5050 deliberately incorporates all or part of it into a published creative work under the Voice Memo Submission Agreement. Publication may include editing, excerpting, juxtaposition, subtitles, or combination with other media. The required email address remains private.
8. Retention and Deletion
- Incomplete, expired, or rejected temporary uploads are deleted within 24 hours unless a legal preservation duty or shorter security hold applies.
- Accepted source audio, normalized audio, and associated private metadata are retained for up to 12 months unless the memo is deliberately preserved for an authorized creative purpose, a valid request applies, or law requires a different period.
- Deleted memos remain in recoverable trash for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
- Operational logs and keyed abuse-prevention records are retained only as reasonably necessary for security and reliability, normally no longer than 90 days.
- Encrypted daily database snapshots are retained for 30 days. Encrypted off-provider recovery copies are retained for at least 35 days and then expire under the configured backup policy.
- Minimal consent, license, publication, security, and deletion records may be retained as reasonably necessary to document authorized use, honor deletion, comply with law, and prevent deleted information from being silently restored.
Deletion records are reapplied before restored information can become available. A fixed, encrypted backup may remain inaccessible until its scheduled expiration, but it will not be used to reactivate deleted information. Backup archives are designed to exclude the private key capsule needed to recover an alias and email address; if that capsule is permanently lost, the private alias and email cannot be reconstructed from the backup.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the sensitivity of private voice submissions, including HTTPS, private object storage, encryption in transit and at rest, limited owner access with multi-factor authentication, validation, checksums, audit records, capacity controls, encrypted off-provider recovery, and tested restoration procedures. No internet service can guarantee perfect security or uninterrupted availability.
10. Your Choices and Requests
You may email contact.danny5050@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to report an identity, consent, fraud, safety, or privacy concern. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that you are connected to the relevant memo. Available rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction.
There is no routine self-service withdrawal control. A memo already incorporated into a released video or other completed work may not be removable from that work unless law requires removal, but eligible stored source files and private metadata may still be deleted through the request process.
11. Adults Only
The voice-memo service is for adults and is not directed to children. Do not submit a memo if you are under 18 or on behalf of a minor. If we learn or reasonably suspect that a memo came from a minor, we will place it on private hold and will not use or publish it while we investigate and delete or otherwise handle it as required. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted a memo.
12. United States Processing
DANNY5050 operates from the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States, where data-protection rules may differ from those in your location. We will honor applicable mandatory rights.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy prospectively as the website or its providers change. The current version and Effective Date will appear at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how a previously submitted memo may be used, the change will not retroactively expand the license granted for that memo. The consent record for an accepted memo retains the agreement version presented when the sender pressed send voice note.
Revision History
Version 3.0 — August 23, 2026: Reorganized the policy, added a contents list and summary, clarified collection, provider roles, retention, security, AI exclusions, and the payments-disabled launch state.
