Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how DANNY5050 ("DANNY5050," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through danny5050.com, including the public website and its private voice-memo submission service. It does not govern YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, or other third-party services linked from the website. Those services apply their own privacy terms.

The voice-memo service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. At the Effective Date, the website does not accept support payments, operate a mailing list, use behavioral advertising, or intentionally collect payment-card information.

2. Before You Send a Voice Memo

Microphone access is requested only after you deliberately activate the recorder. Before you press send voice memo, the recording remains in the memory of your open browser page and is not intentionally uploaded to DANNY5050. It may be lost if you refresh or close the page, the browser or device ends the page, or the device runs out of available memory.

3. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you submit a voice memo, we collect:

• We collect the audio recording.
• We collect the alias and email address you provide.
• We record your confirmation that you are at least 18 and agree to the Voice Memo Submission Agreement.
• We record the version of the agreement and policy presented when you submit.
• We receive any information contained in the recording itself.

Your alias is a private inbox label. It is not a public account, proof of identity, or public credit. Your required email address is not displayed publicly.

Technical and Operational Information

We process the recording, alias, reply email, agreement versions, submission time, file type and size. Cloudflare stores keyed identifiers and delivery state to enforce limits and prevent duplicate sends. These records become eligible for scheduled deletion after eight days. Submitted audio is delivered as an attachment to a private Google Gmail inbox; it is not stored in the admission database.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and may process network information such as an IP address, user agent, request time, routing information, and Cloudflare request identifier. The DANNY5050 intake system is designed not to store a raw IP address or user agent in the durable voice-memo record. Before admission, limited trusted connection information is converted into a keyed, non-reversible security fingerprint used for rate limiting, duplicate prevention, and abuse response.

Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

We do not ask for a legal name, postal address, account password, payment-card number, government identifier, or sensitive medical or financial information. Please do not include that information in a recording.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• We receive, deliver, organize, listen to, and review voice memos.
• We decide whether and how a memo may be used in authorized DANNY5050 creative work.
• We maintain consent, rights, publication, deletion, and owner-review records.
• The browser limits recording duration. The server applies file-size, container-format, rate and abuse-prevention checks; it does not fully decode or verify the audio duration.
• We check duplicate attempts, file size and plausible media-container signatures, and review submissions for prohibited content.
• We operate incident response and service recovery. This email delivery service does not provide a separate locked audio backup.
• We respond to privacy, deletion, rights, safety, or legal requests.
• We comply with applicable law and protect people, rights, and the service.

5. Voice Technology and Monetized Creative Work

We store and listen to submitted audio for the purposes stated in this policy and the Voice Memo Submission Agreement. At the Effective Date, DANNY5050 does not operate voice-recognition, voice-cloning, voiceprint, biometric-identification, or generative-AI training features for submitted memos. Audio may still be processed with ordinary recording, editing, transcription, moderation, storage, security, validation, distribution, and publishing tools.

DANNY5050 may edit, publish, distribute, promote, sponsor, license, and monetize DANNY5050 creative work containing an authorized memo. Distribution platforms may also process or monetize a published work under their own terms. The website does not currently offer private voice-memo submissions, aliases, or required email addresses as a standalone audio or data product.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:

• We disclose information to Cloudflare for website delivery, security, email delivery, and database services.
• Google processes and stores the memo attachment, alias, reply address and consent information in the owner's Gmail account. Google may access data as described in its service policies; this is not end-to-end encrypted email.
• We may disclose information to professional advisers subject to appropriate confidentiality duties.
• We may publish an authorized excerpt in a finished DANNY5050 creative work.
• We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect safety, rights, or the integrity of the service.

Service providers may process information for their assigned operational role. A private operational-alert address may receive service-health information but does not receive memo audio or routine submitter information. Publication and monetization of DANNY5050 creative work are described in Sections 5 and 7.

7. When a Memo May Become Public

A memo is private when received. It may become public only if DANNY5050 deliberately incorporates all or part of it into a published creative work under the Voice Memo Submission Agreement. Publication may include editing, excerpting, juxtaposition, subtitles, or combination with other media. The required email address remains private.

Once audio is public, third parties outside DANNY5050 may copy, extract, imitate, manipulate, train on, or otherwise misuse it. DANNY5050 does not grant unrelated third parties permission to do so, but cannot control those parties or guarantee prevention or removal of every copy, extraction, imitation, manipulation, training use, or misuse. This public-risk notice does not reduce DANNY5050's own duties under this policy, the Voice Memo Submission Agreement, or applicable law.

8. Retention and Deletion

Unstarred project memo messages become eligible for automatic movement to Gmail Trash after 90 days. Starred memos are preserved for an authorized creative purpose until unstarred or separately deleted. Trash remains recoverable and uses storage until Google deletes it, normally after 30 more days. Cleanup may be delayed by an outage.

Keyed admission and delivery records become eligible for deletion after eight days and are removed by daily scheduled cleanup. Removal may be delayed by an outage. A random pending-submission status reference is kept in this browser tab across reloads, without audio or identity details. Its server lookup expires after 24 hours; an unresolved marker can remain until the tab session ends. The browser recording is cleared after provider acceptance or when you discard or leave the page. Google applies its own service and backup retention. Copies deliberately preserved in creative work or separately downloaded require separate handling; this cleanup does not remove unrelated email or files.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, a fixed private receiving address, file-size checks, keyed admission identifiers, anti-bot verification and capacity controls. Access to received audio depends on the security of the owner’s Google account. The service does not provide owner-key encryption or a separate immutable backup. No internet service can guarantee perfect security or uninterrupted availability.

10. Your Choices and Requests

You may email contact.danny5050@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to report an identity, consent, fraud, safety, or privacy concern. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that you are connected to the relevant memo. Available rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction.

There is no routine self-service withdrawal control. A memo already incorporated into a released video or other completed work may not be removable from that work unless law requires removal, but eligible stored source files and private metadata may still be deleted through the request process.

11. Adults Only

The voice-memo service is for adults and is not directed to children. Do not submit a memo if you are under 18 or on behalf of a minor. If we learn or reasonably suspect that a memo came from a minor, we will place it on private hold and will not use or publish it while we investigate and delete or otherwise handle it as required. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted a memo.

12. United States Processing

DANNY5050 operates from the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States, where data-protection rules may differ from those in your location. We will honor applicable mandatory rights.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy prospectively as the website or its providers change. The current version and Effective Date will appear at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how a previously submitted memo may be used, the change will not retroactively expand the license granted for that memo. The consent record for an accepted memo retains the agreement version presented when the sender pressed send voice memo.
